All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or special collections, processing may extend to 5 business days. Orders are only processed on business days (Monday–Friday). Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Our team carefully inspects each garment, ensuring it meets Cirella’s quality standards before shipment.

Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping options are available for faster delivery, usually 1–3 business days. Shipping costs vary depending on order size and delivery method.

International Shipping

We ship globally! Delivery times depend on your country, ranging from 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and duties. All shipments are fully tracked.

Order Tracking & Notifications

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment in real-time, ensuring peace of mind. We also provide optional SMS notifications for estimated delivery and status updates.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Cirella guarantees secure packaging, but in the rare event of damage or loss:

  • • Ensure the shipping address is accurate; Cirella is not responsible for incorrect addresses.
